Shoulder to lean on Jace and Isaac meet in the tea room, Jace's mother had just passed away from a virus that only briefly made Jace sick. Issac helps distract him and a friendship ensures. Pasts are revealed, bonds are made and the threat of tennis balls are in the air.
Day at the beach Isaac takes Jace to his other home, his sanctuary. The boys find out more about each other, Isaac learns about how much of a struggle it is for Jace to maintain his human form and comfort comes forth in more than one way.
