Below is basic Laws in the Wizarding World. These pertain to changes that are happening in the Ashes to Ashes version of Harry Potter. They may change or be added or removed depending on how the story goes. So please always check back.

• Total segregation from the muggle world
  
• Wizard(s)/witch(es) that graduate Hogwarts but wish to live in the muggle world will:
  °Have their wands snapped
  °Their magic bound
  °Their memories altered/erased
  
• Upon reaching age 6 attend Merlin's Academie of Magic until the age of 11
  
• Muggleborn children are still registered at the Ministry:
  °For their protection
  °In case a wizard family wishes to make an adoption/marriage contract
  
• Once a magical child has their first bout of accidental magic, they are checked on.
  
• Muggles that have a magical child will either:
  °Sign that they will give up rights to the child upon the child coming of age.
  °If they refuse the child's magic will be bound and the family's memories altered/erased
  Or
  °The child will be taken to Peverell's Orphanage and the family's memories altered/erased.
  
• If a muggle family member has mistreated a magical child they will be punished by magical law by the Wizengamont.
  
• Children 6 - 11 at Merlin's Academi may do magic at home as long as its supervised by a magical gaurdian/adult.
  
• Hogwarts students may do magic if it is for homework or self-defence.
